TWO (2) YEAR I-765 EADs ISSUED STARTING
06/30/08 FOR THOSE WITH PENDING I-485 & AN UNAVAILBLE VISA NUMBER
Effective June 30, 2008, USCIS will start issuing two (2) year employment authorization cards to those
people with pending I-485 applications to adjust status to permanent residents but is unable to adjust status because there
are no immigrant visa numbers available. USCIS will continue to issue one (1) year employment authorization
